Tricia is the founder of Seen Heard Found Counselling
Her main focus is complex trauma, PTSD and c-PTSD, and dissociative disorders.
With her BA obtained at UNB Saint John, and MA from Yorkville University in Fredericton, she decided to settle into private practice in this beautiful renaissance city she calls home. Tricia has a passion for walking with people to help heal the impact of trauma and grief. A Certified Canadian Counsellor, with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as well as a Licensed Counselling Therapist - Candidate with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick. Tricia has received specialized training in trauma through EMDR International Association (EMDRia), The International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD), and Internal Family Systems Counselling Association (IFSCA).

Erin is passionate about helping individuals and couples manage and overcome a variety of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, shame, fear, poor self-esteem and body image. She enjoys working with a strengths based perspective using evidence-based approaches such as narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and CBT.
Erin aims to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgmental environment where all clients feel seen, heard and respected.
Erin is an independent therapist who operates on a part-time basis out of Seen Heard Found Counselling as one of her three locations. She also has a locations at 1496 Manawagonish Rd in Saint John, and 26 Western St in Sussex.

Taylor is a graduate intern counsellor at Seen Heard Found Counselling. She is completing the last phase of her Master’s of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Throughout her own therapeutic journey, Taylor understands how nerve-wracking the therapeutic process can be. Through her strengths-based approach, Taylor aims to guide her clients on a path toward self discovery while also gaining insight about inner resources. Taylor’s goal is to help clients feel empowered to make valuable changes in their lives.
Although the path toward healing may not be an easy one for everyone, Taylor’s love for helping others is ever-present in her work. This love of helping is most apparent through working in addressing individual needs of her clients. Taylor is also LGBTQ+ friendly.
Session fee is $40 per visit
Abbie is our newest graduate counsellor at Seen Heard Found Counselling! Abbie is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology through Yorkville University. Abbie aims to provide a compassionate and supportive environment for clients while using evidence-based approaches to foster the therapeutic relationship. Through strength-based practices such as narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, Abbie hopes to help guide clients to facilitate positive change and personal growth.
Abbie believes in client-counsellor collaboration and is committed to providing empathetic guidance tailored to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. With a genuine passion for helping others, she is dedicated to creating a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
