We love to share!

I love to read! I have been wanting to read some of these titles for a while too. I have already started my list this year and I am excited to see if I can complete all of these books in 2025! I use three methods to read: paperback, Kindle, and audiobooks.

Paperback is my preferred method to read, followed closely by Kindle. It has taken some time, but I have found that with the right narrator and speed of delivery, audiobooks are becoming a favourite driving companion for me

We love to loan out books that could be helpful! If you do not need a book, and have the means to share the wealth, we have a wish list of books that we would love to have on hand at the clinic!

What my Bones Know: A Memoir of Healing from Complex Trauma by Stephanie Foo

Read -  The author details how they received a diagnosis of complex posttraumatic stress disorder (c-PTSD) and began a learning and healing journey to understand generational trauma and how it impacted their life. It brings an element of real-life experience to the healing process. There were points where I trailed off as the author was intelectualizing the process a little too much. Overall, a decent, realistic read.
