First visit with your therapist. This time frame is a little longer (up to 90 minutes) as we get to know each other, go over intake forms and any pertinent assessments for treatment planning

Please note: first session fee is $145
First visit with your therapist. This time frame is a little longer (up to 75 minutes) as we get to know each other, go over intake forms and any pertinent assessments for treatment planning. Parents are encouraged to attend this first visit.
45-50 minute counselling session
Please note: first session fee is $125
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy. Each session is approximately 60-90 minutes in length.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy - sessions run approximately 90-120 min
Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality care and treatment plan. Session length 60+ minutes.
Please note: this is a suicide specific treatment process. The focus of these sessions are to directly address suicidal ideation, planning, and behaviours.
Single- or multi-session assessment of PTSD and trauma-related disorders. Fee covers all sessions related to assessment process as well as a formal report for primary healthcare personnel.
PTSD/cPTSD $1500
Assessment for posstraumatic stress disorder/complex post traumatic stress disorder.

Counselling sessions may be eligible for insurance coverage. Check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage Is available for counsellors with the CCC or LCT-C/LCT credential.
